Big wheels on old cars are not my cup of tea.... But I do like your creativity... and I would have never thought of putting the grill and tail light panel of a '73 Mustang in a '68

You're really getting the hang of painting your bodies. The finish has turned out well on your last few cars.

Don't hesitate to ask for help if you're stumped by a problem. Plenty of good people here who can point you in the right direction.

thanks and i did not build the chassis it was in  the box as a extra chassis when i got this 68 mustang kit in a trade

I understand. Building what you like with what you have on hand is a is good ability to have. You've written that you love building models and that's the most important thing!

glued them into the wheel wells

since i had no clue how to attach them any other way 

I used to do the same thing, As your parts stash grows and you see what others do, you will figure it out.
