Hey guys. I didn't see this announced but when I went to order some Boss 429 valve covers I saw that Calnaga Castings in suspending orders until 2018!

I hope you're wrong. I just ordered their conversion kit for the Hemi Hydro boat kit. I got a notice that it was shipped Thursday. He has already been paid so I'll be keeping a close eye on this.

No Worries David. Steve is a standup guy and he makes excellent products. I hope he is able to resume business in 2018.

Guys.....Steve has a very big assignment in his full time career right now and he is doing the right thing by not trying to run his business on the side during this period...this hiatus has been planned for months and I am sure Steve is completing all existing orders.....and I am equally sure he will reinstate Calnaga when the current career assignment is completed.  He has been working on some very cool additions to his product line for when the time comes......Cheers....TIM

I ordered some parts from Steve a few weeks ago and they were shipped promptly.  He even tossed in some "extra" goodies.  Cool stuff!

While I've never as yet ordered anything from Steve, I hear that he has great products to offer and I have seen a couple of his builds as well. It's good that he's "up front" 'bout taking a hiatus, and I have plenty of stuff & parts to build 'til he returns to his casting business.

Got the parts I ordered 2/5 shipped 2/11 arrived 2/13. I had ordered the Ski Boat conversion and he thru in a Fuel Cell gratis. They are everything I had hoped for. So I hope his assignment goes well for him and when he gets back and is up and running I intend to get some additional goodies. Great quality castings.

Yes that jet drive he offers looks really good.

Yes , The Jet Drive is quite complete . My  WIP Project is stalled not finding what was used as a stabilizer for the high speeds these are capable of . I know one advantage of Jet Drive is high speeds in extremely shallow water . Thus the PRB's Boats in the 'Nam . Any help out there for information about this ?  Thanx ..
