James2 Posted February 19, 2017 Posted February 19, 2017 (edited) Just finished this for a guy in Florida, pretty neat truck he has and I tried to match it the best I could. I used mat black and real rust for the under carriage and several colors under red primer for the body. Then I wet sanded the worn areas and shot some lusterless clear over that. The white walls are white primer sprayed with a template I made and the wheels are from (are very own) Forward Resin. I did use a little salt in the bed to get a more beaten look. And the pinstripe and lettering was done by hand! Edited February 19, 2017 by James2
Intmd8r Posted February 19, 2017 Posted February 19, 2017 Awesome-love the window mount A/C and the weathering
espo Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 Very nice ageing. I remember those window coolers when that was all you could get. Just fill it with crushed ice and go.
wayne swayze Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Nicely done James! Your tailgate latches are cool as is the rest of the build.

TFchronos Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 Very nicely done! The C-10s from the 60's are among my most favorite truck designs.
