Andrioli Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 (edited) Hi Folks... Here we go with my last building... ...a 55 Chevy 3100 Rusty. I love this stylo, so It is my 2016's favorite model. Some improvements in the engine, front suspension lowered e manufactured wheels. It is made in the dremel machine using stirene to center and Pegasus rims. I hope you enjoy. stavanzer Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Great Work, Great Pics.Looks like nothing I've seen here in the US. It has a piquant foreign flavor, that makes it stand out from the crowd.
Intmd8r Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 The paint (or lack of) looks awesome! Nice flat bed too.excellent work!
bbowser Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Outstanding weathering, great detail on the engine and bed/cargo. Wow!
Mahogany Rush Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Great job on the patina. Glad you didn't "gloss" it over.
Foxer Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 I like it a lot ... and all the detail looks right, new wheels and shiny engine.I'd like to see it with that fancy hinged hood closed.
espo Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 That is just amazing. The longer I look at the pictures all of the little details start to appear. Rick mentioned the year model not being a 1955. In the US production this cab shape was used thru the '54 production year. The series 1 '55 Chev. trucks were similar but with a one piece curved windshield and the series 2 trucks had the new body style that would run for many years. GM production in other countries are often different and some body styles stay in production for several years after they have ended here. This build looks very much like something that a shop would put together to be a work horse for hauling and what ever else was needed. I really like the look of this build and the little details that went into it.
Andrioli Posted March 7, 2017 Author Posted March 7, 2017 A '55 it is not. more like a '50 chevrolet.Rick....you are totally right....i make a mistake in the title. It is a 1950 3100 Chevy AMT.....but i don't know how change it..hahaha..
Andrioli Posted March 7, 2017 Author Posted March 7, 2017 Thank you guys for the inspiring words ...... I'm glad to share it here .....

Particularly I like the 55 model but needs to use a transkit to do it. Here in Brazil it is called of "frog mouth"...hahaha Edited March 8, 2017 by Andrioli wrong words...
