I'm looking replicate the shield behind the driver on a T/F car. As per the photo of Clay Kemps dragster. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Also if anyone knows of an aftermarket one I could purchase.

Wouldn't be to hard to make it. If you have some scrap bodies or plastic laying around look for the like shapes in them and cut them out and fit it til it looks right..... I don't know of anyone making this part so it may come down to making it!! Good luck!!!!!

There's a firewall piece in the Allison Thunderland kit that looks almost exactly like that. Not that you want to buy a whole kit, but maybe someone has it lying around for trade.

I would look at using some rear fenders from a '50s era stepside pickup. The corners of the fenders would have a similar curve as you need, drag out the scale sawzall and start cutting!!! -RRR

good idea, bet they would be close!!!!

It may not be too hard to make your own that would be in scale thickness.  These started with styrene bucks that were used to stretch heated plastic sheet over.

The end result came out pretty good. Once they were trimmed painted, they really looked good.

You can kinda see them in back. These went in-between the bars of the roll cage instead of encasing them. I thought it looked better.
