vamach1 Posted May 7, 2017 Posted May 7, 2017 Still no engine yet (maybe 69 Mach1 428) but the exterior is pretty much done. I went back to using the crappy 66 Mustang chassis as the later 67GT350 tire track was too wide.
vamach1 Posted May 7, 2017 Author Posted May 7, 2017 (edited) Just realized I need to add the F O R D letters on the hood and maybe some more black in the side scoops. Edited May 7, 2017 by vamach1 qqq
afx Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Surprising that MPC(?) would chose to model a concept car. Looks the be accurate.
vamach1 Posted May 8, 2017 Author Posted May 8, 2017 Based on the AMT kit but instead of using the 289 I plan to use a big block.

Assuming the chassis components are still correct, it might work for this project.
vamach1 Posted May 31, 2017 Author Posted May 31, 2017 Finally got an engine put in but still need to connect the molded in exhaust onth manifolds with some extra piping.
dragmodels44 Posted May 31, 2017 Posted May 31, 2017 Looks great! I have a pic of the Milano concept at the 1970 Chicago auto show that my parents took and gave to me
vamach1 Posted May 31, 2017 Author Posted May 31, 2017 Looks great! I have a pic of the Milano concept at the 1970 Chicago auto show that my parents took and gave to me very cool. I have never seen pictures of the interior. Thanks for sharing.
vamach1 Posted June 20, 2017 Author Posted June 20, 2017 (edited) Built up on Evilbay for sale. Looks complete except for wheels and mirrors. Nice original pic is included too. Interesting the tailpipes are like the 69/70 Shelby so it may be the second version of this car with the larger front nose. Edited June 21, 2017 by vamach1 123
