Chuck Most Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 This started with the AMT '77 wagon. I used the hood and grille from the MPC '78 to fit an AMC V8 cobbled together from spare Gremlin and Matador stock car kits. Most of the junk in the bed was found in a clearance bin at a hobby shop.
Mercuryman54 Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Looks like a fun build!!! I like the mismatched tires&hubcaps!! Two thumbs up.
espo Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 A great conversion. That would make a great light duty around town hauler in 1:1. Since the winter is coming I noticed you already got the snow tires on your rig. I like it a lot.
Foxer Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 That conversion really works. Great daily detail.
mikemodeler Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 That thing should move with a V8 in it! Of course with those Suburbanites out back, it will be harder to do smoky burnouts. Nice job Chuck, as always.
Spex84 Posted September 29, 2017 Posted September 29, 2017 Looks like a university student's ride I love the junk in the back and the snow tires. Very clean execution of an original concept. Great work and thanks for the pics!
Silver Foxx Posted September 29, 2017 Posted September 29, 2017 Something different , I like it , well done .
