Chuck Most Posted January 25, 2018 Posted January 25, 2018 I bought this Revell Cougar some time ago as a parts donor, and decided to use the rest as a junker. To that end, body damage was added, a mismatched set of wheels was fitted, and the entire car was hosed off in a dull backyard blue paint job. It's a decent companion to the Rotten Pumpkin '73 Cougar I built a few years back.
espo Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 I like it. The paint coming off the hood and roof. The rear wheel opening looks like one of the cross links on the chains broke in the last snow storm. They can really beat up the sheet metal. Paint coming off the front bumper and all.
doggie427 Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Love them both Chuck. Weathering is just enough without going over the top. Well done rust belt replicas.
Chuck Most Posted January 28, 2018 Author Posted January 28, 2018 Thanks guys. Now if only there were a kit of the '99-'02 style.
NYLIBUD Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 Very cool, great weathering on those beaters.?
