This is thr beginnings of George Geisen's USAC Superbee. It has a MPC 70 nose grafted to a 68 resin rear. A resin pitchfork hood too. Lots to do on the chassis yet but I think the body looks good so far.

Excellent splatter paint. Could you describe your process. The build I'm doing now, really should have a part of it splatter painted, but I don't have a clue how to do it successfully.

Mark it is really pretty easy. I paint the floors gray first. Then I mist some black on from about 18" away. Then do the same with the white. If it ends up looking to white and black mist a little gray on from 18". This is what I use.

Beautiful build.  Like everything you have done with it.  That exhaust system really threw me off since most circle trackers have it running out the side.

A few USAC  guys ran them out the back in the early 70s. Part of hat makes the car cool. Wierd how they ran them under the axle too.

Plus, I imagine the heat may have an effect on someone drafting; just running out a thought.

Exactly a few guys tried it in NASCAR but they said no to it.
