This is a Lomax 224, built from 1982 until 2004, when, according to some sources, Lomax went bankrupt. The cars are based on the mechanical components of the Citroën 2CV. Originally from the UK, they were also sold in Germany and The Netherlands. Some say Lomax means LOw cost, MAXimum fun… The model name 224 stands for 2 cylinders, 2 seats, 4 fwheels.
