Ace-Garageguy Posted July 5 Posted July 5 Big ol' fat 4th of July burger. Too many skeeters outside because I've been negligent in my control program this year, so I just pan-fried it. Sliced tomatoes, deli potato salad, and a slab of cherry pie for desert. Plain old 'Murcun food. And at least a 5 mile hike tomorrow to burn it off.

Bugatti Fan Posted July 10 Posted July 10 Traditional British Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas Fish pieces are deep fried in batter. Chips sliced long pieces of potato deep fried in oil. Mushy peas mashed marrowfat processed peas. NB Chips in England are not what Americans understand them to be. We call them Crisps. 1

Guess I better get something delivered...if they'll take a post-dated check. Edited Wednesday at 09:58 PM by Ace-Garageguy
