Big ol' fat 4th of July burger. Too many skeeters outside because I've been negligent in my control program this year, so I just pan-fried it.

Sliced tomatoes, deli potato salad, and a slab of cherry pie for desert.

Plain old 'Murcun food.

And at least a 5 mile hike tomorrow to burn it off.  :)

Here’s a few meals I’ve prepared over the past month or so.

Grilled Pizza, with Alfredo sauce, bacon, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, arugula and balsamic vinegar.

Traditional  British Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas

Fish pieces are deep fried in batter. Chips sliced long pieces of potato deep fried in oil. Mushy peas mashed marrowfat processed peas.

NB  Chips in England are not what Americans understand them to be. We call them Crisps.

Too hot to cook.

Eating hot Pace picante sauce out of the jar with a spoon.

Big fat strawberries later.

Don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone eating straight picante sauce!

Cupboard must be getting a little bare! 😁

Yup, that must be it. I'm too poor to buy food, and I'm too pathetic and incompetent to cook anyway.

Oh, the humanity.

Guess I better get something delivered...if they'll take a post-dated check.

Can’t you get takeout on credit now? 😁

I'm gunna open my last can of beans and put mustard on 'em. With tap-water. Maybe scrape the fuzz off my grape jam and put some in the water to make pretend-wine.
