jeffdeoranut Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 I know there was a topic for this but I forgot where it was...so heres my rescue...all I had to start with was the damaged cab and part of the frame

landman Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 Some high falutin' engineering went on here. Is that what they mean by radical?.
stavanzer Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 Nice Colour, but it sits waaaayyy too high. It needs to be lowered. The Bottoms of the wheels should be even with the bottom line on the doors.
misterNNL Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 I absolutely love this build! Radically unique design and execution abound. Great color choice really works well and that engine is a real head scratcher that commands a lot more scrutiny at some point. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing. thanks...its the slant 6 from deora kit with potvin blower and sprint car carbs...not sure if the intake/exhaust manifold or the crank driven water pump would actually work...obvious flaws are the door hinges are way to big and the steering link glue dried before I could get it in proper place but it was a blast to build
wmobie Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 See what a coat of paint will do! Ratty to Ratical, amazing concept and work. Well done. Walt
Ace-Garageguy Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 Pretty wild. Pretty cool. I love to see something built from what most people would throw in the trash. BIG thumbs up. The intermediate drive plate for the blower could be machined to house a water pump internally. Probably easiest to drive it by the nose of the cam. It'd take a little creative engineering, but it's definitely doable. Nothing wrong with the induction and exhaust...though she might be just a tad over-carbureted. But what the hey. She's a showcar, right?
