Each year a group of vintage car buffs from the greater Seattle area set out on a road trip down to the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. They usually leave on a Tuesday allowing for about 150 miles a day, which is plenty ambitious for some of the fine old iron that makes the journey each. There's always a surprisingly wide array of cars that go and it's nice to get up early and join them after they have met for breakdast and see them all off. Here's this year's selection:

Wooh! Some beautiful automotive wheeled sculptures there! What a sight those will be, going down the highway! Safe travels.

Nice looking classics!  That Porsche 356 is about what I would be able to drive, but that's a stretch too.

I attended Pebble Beach and Monterey Historics last century, fantastic events.

Very cool to see them driven.

I can only imagine the support crew needed to follow along required

Here in Ky, my house is maybe 5 miles from a local restoration shop for classics. So its not uncommon to see a 10's , 20's or 30's  car on the streets around here during nice weather
