Received the latest SA issue yesterday and there's an article that Revell USA has opened an office in Northlake, IL.  Also the release of a '68 Chevelle soon and about 8 other kits coming in the near future.

But they are not servicing all wholesalers as of yet.  I have a few friends in the biz and they have gotten zero product. Happy Revell is still with us.....but what is going on??

You don't frequent the Kit News & Reviews sections much, do you? Lots of info there, most of which hit the interwebz months before a print magazine published it as 'news'.

No I don't, Casey.  I usually go to unread posts.  A couple years ago I read the forum differently, but then it changed and I became lost.  Still am.

I will admit it's a bit difficult to categorize some posts, and I don't read every section, either, but I would suggest you scan the Reviews sections, since it incorporates "News", which can encompass many things. There are some folks here who are very in tune with what's going on behind the scenes and are willing to share what they know when they are able, which benefits us all.

That '69 Chevelle topic (or a new one?) or going to have to be addressed fairly soon when the kit debuts.

The "News" section is first album I check out once I sign in. That's where the surprises are found!

I see a new Revell kit out, here in the UK today.

A 1/25 version of the Lightning McQueen!

Although a Snap type kit it has a fully detailed Nascar chassis and V8 motor, just right for Christmas, well for me anyway Ho Ho Ho!

Priced at £25!

I would have to have one of those just because I enjoyed the movie so much. My be they will offer some of the other characters if "McQueen" sells well.
