mikemodeler Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 I am trying to replicate a friends' new toy, a 2008 Mustang GT. I have looked around and the only 2008 Mustang kit I can find is a Bullitt kit and while the body is correct, the wheels and grille are different from the picture he sent me. I would like this to be as accurate as possible and seeing how my knowledge is more bow tie than blue oval, I am hoping to get some help! If you have suggestions on which kits to use to get the parts needed, I would greatly appreciate it! I am including a picture of the car to help. Thanks in advance.
Jantrix Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 Probably won't be too many off the shelf parts for you but as for the wheels. These really do look pretty close. Repaint them and carry on. As for the grill maybe the 2010 Level 3 Revell kit could net you the grill lights and the Mustang logo/
Can-Con Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 (edited) Here's your grille Edited November 20, 2018 by Can-Con
mikemodeler Posted November 20, 2018 Author Posted November 20, 2018 Thanks guys! I think I am now on a mission for either kit!

jefropas Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Shouldn't be too hard, there's a dozen or so variations of this kit floating around. Jeff
