I bet Atlantis Models would know, or might find out soon enough, as they would be the company most likely to possess the molds, if they still exist. It seems like something they might try, considering it's all styrene, with no vinyl molded parts needed.

Not sure how well it would be received, being 1/32 scale, but it definitely has nostalgia appeal. You can see the parts breakdown via the instruction sheet here: http://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/247/monogram-p411-dragster

It's NOT 1/32 scale. That's internet bull. I have several, and every singledy darn one is 1/25.

For nostalgia drag fans: its stable-mate, the old Long John streamlined dragster, is still available...

Yupper, and just FYI, THAT kit is slightly on the large end of 1/24, and many of the repops have resin tires.

I agree wholeheartedly. This 49er dragster is definitely 1/25.

I think the confusion comes because most(if not all) the other kits in that series were 1/32.

I hope Atlantis got the molds, because this is right up their alley. I have a gluebomb I'm restoring/upgrading, but would love to have a couple in virgin plastic.
