Working on Dracula.  He was missing his ring so I made a new one from scrap styrene.

And here’s the Count, but not finished.  Since this is a restoration of a 1962 original, there was heavy glue on the front and back pieces of the cape.  I forgot to trim that off after I stripped the model and separated the parts.  The end result was a significant gap at his shoulders that I didn’t like.  I fixed that with some Miliput and will repaint.

Tks!  I learned a lot on this one.  Next one I’ll use a new brush and way less paint for the dry brushing.

I like him...cool old model.  If I remember correctly Aurora did The Mummy as well?

Frankenstein was the first in 1961. Later came Dracula, The Mummy, The Wolfman, The Creature and several others.
