Kruzn Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 (edited) This is an old glue bomb rescue that I documented on the On The Workbench page and it is finally finished. The goal was a semi-curbside model, so the interior was done very simply and no engine was installed. Top was chopped and rear window laid back. Color is Testors Arctic Blue metallic. Whitewalls were done with Elmers Painters pen. Not my best paint job. I used Rustoleum Painters Touch 2X primer and I don't think the Testors color coat liked it much. Edited March 12, 2019 by Kruzn
disconovaman Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 Nice Save... I love seeing restorations and you brought it back from the dead. ?
espo Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Great job bring this one back. I like the dark blue except it tends to hide some of the body lines when photographed. All you need now is some Angle Hair, Mirrors, and one of those lights with the rotating disc with different colored lenses.
spencer1984 Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Nice looking Chevy, I like the cleaned-up look without all the trim
