The AMT kit is a 61 series raised cab with 86"BBC.  Freightliner also built 96" and a very small number of104" cabs and that was about the limit of the hydraulic tilt rams.  With aftermarket modifications, the cab could be any BBC.

With the tablet calculator I get 4.16.

The cab is 3 3/4 or so. I'm guessing I'm close to 98 too 102.

I don't have the know how to up date the cab to a 70's model Year so I have to make do.

I do remember Dad having a large bunk in the mid 70'S with a beam in the middle of the cab.

It's looking good.

the front 3/4 inch of the BBC is the bumper location ahead of the cab - so you're good -  3-3/4" x 25  equals 93.75", add .75 and it's so close to 96" that it's right on in scale.  (At least within in the tolerance that some of the cabs were built)

I'm looking forward to see what you do on this one.

Me too! I'm bad at starting out going one way and end up another way.

Kinda bouncing this idea around, now try to find all the wrecker parts. I've been moving things around from room too room or reboxing and shorting things out.

 Thanks.

Trying to fill and sand the cab joints I have to lose some rivets, that tees me off. They just had too put them side by side.

The cab lines and rivets are close. Seems like there were 2 different molds. Or maybe the the mold was retooled or clean up between the two.

Hard to explain.

  Thanks all.
