jeffdeoranut Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 where can i get 1/25 "t fittings" with hollow ends? i found some that are a solid piece(metal) but didnt think i could glue the fuel line to them successfully. and/or what have yall used for t fittings for fuel/brake line connections?
Fat Brian Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 I used a piece of plastruct hexagonal rod and drilled it through then attached a tiny hexagonal bead to a flat side for the third opening. The rod is under 1/8th inch and the bead is the 0/15 size.

Fat Brian Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 When drilling tiny holes I start by using a new #11 blade to make a little divot where I want the hole because the bits tend to walk around a bit without something to guide them.
SfanGoch Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 If you don't mind using PE, Aber has this set. All of the joints, nipples and valves are hollow: Instructions They look really good when assembled.

Expand Also, color the area being drilled with a black sharpie. You’ll be able to see if you are centered.
