Welly vrs Motormax Corvette C7

Saturday I stopped in at Walmart and spotted the Motormax 2019 C7 Corvette.  Then on the way home I got to thinking don't I already have this Corvette.  I checked and what I had at home was a Welly 2017 C7 Corvette.  The Motormax is a ZL1 and the Welly is a Z06 and they are different especially the front ends and the rear wings.   The Welly also has an engine.  Size wise they are pretty much the same and are in the $10 dollar range if you can find them in stores.

Couple months ago I needed a C7 Corvette, especially a yellow one, for my Work Calendar Match project. Hit three Rite Aids but didn't find one. Oh well, I'm sure I bought something else cool just to console myself.

Those look really nice, especially for the price.  Welly & motormax have come a long way from the crude offerings of old.   I usually find my self pleasantly surprised by the quality of such inexpensive cars.

From your post in the "What Did You Get..."  I was thinking the MM ZR1 looked a little oversize, but not so much from these pics.  What do they scale out as?

Both Corvettes are pretty much identical and wheelbases scale out to 1/24 on both.

Those look great, I have quite a few of these inexpensive models and am pleasantly surprised at how nice they are. Great score Gary.
