TarheelRick Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Not sure if these would be classified as trucks or not. This Buick is set on a 1-ton truck chassis with diesel power, and the Willys wagon is on a scratchbuilt 2X4 steel tube frame with diesel power.
iamsuperdan Posted November 4, 2019 Posted November 4, 2019 That Buick is kinda cool! On a similar note, there's an awesome 60's Cadillac running around shows here. Full air ride, and a 12V Cummins diesel!
Goose1957 Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Nice compound turbos on that Willys. Wonder what the boost is going into the head? Jeff
89AKurt Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Thinking outside the box, I'm always amazed these creations run. But I'm not a mechanic. I saw this a few weeks ago, talk about a box.
stavanzer Posted November 7, 2019 Posted November 7, 2019 That is a genuine 1927 Eysoar 33 Cwt, "Barrel Back Bus". A very Rare Machine. Built in Canada, from a combination of NOS Mack Truck & leftover WW1 Tractor Parts (thus the Fordson Radiator), Eysoars are seldom seen today. They were very expensive at the time as each Bus was handcrafted using whatever parts had been hauled in that week. This is only the third Eysoar I've seen, and never in the original Bus Form. The other two Eysoars I've seen had been cut down into trucks.
