NOBLNG Posted Sunday at 08:51 PM Posted Sunday at 08:51 PM (edited) I hate these big folded instruction sheets so….I took pictures of all the assembly steps for this AMT Mustang, re-sized them all and made a small booklet from them that fits nicely in the box.🤓 Edited Sunday at 09:23 PM by NOBLNG Trying to delete duplicate pictures. 1

meechum68 Posted Monday at 12:18 AM Posted Monday at 12:18 AM I got some primer on things, 2nd coat on the 47, 1st coat on the Skyline after it's bath. Got some parts for the cannonballer in prime too. And found out I have an interior package for the 67 two door. But I am using some of the bits from it for the cannonballer. Got some things for the 57 in prime too, shooting to do some detail work this week on the interior to wrap that up and then get the body attached to the chassis. Then it's bumper stuff, tail lights, etc. 2
Falcon Ranchero Posted Monday at 07:00 PM Posted Monday at 07:00 PM So it rained all day yesterday and so the A&W car show was canceled unfortunately; not sure if it's going to be re-scheduled. But that allowed me to get way too far into the '60 Plymouth Suburban wagon kit, and so now the interior, engine, and wheels are all painted and assembled, and the chassis is all painted and so all I have to do is put the engine and wheels on it. Hoping to have the car sprayed maybe today or tomorrow, but the weather's really humid and rainy, so might have to wait for the sunny Wednesday. 3
NOBLNG Posted yesterday at 12:26 AM Posted yesterday at 12:26 AM I glued the grill and tail light panels on the GT350 and started smoothing the seams. Also got most of the engine parts glued together. 1
meechum68 Posted yesterday at 12:49 AM Posted yesterday at 12:49 AM Skyline is in primer ... tomorrow should bring the top coat Various other parts for the Cannonballer in color now. Tomorrow should bring more engine assembly and get the frame put together to be a rolling chassis. *If I can decide on a wheel of the 70's* 1
catpack68 Posted yesterday at 01:34 AM Posted yesterday at 01:34 AM (edited) I finished the grille and rear bumper for the Monogram 59 Cadillac Eldorado this evening.I lost the taillight trim for taillights but I think it looks better without them, but I do have another set coming.Trying to get it finished up before Saturday morning for a model show. meechum68 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I got some primer laid down on my Skyline, tomorrow brings first coat of paint. Started assembling the chassis for my Cannonballer. Refreshed the block paint after sanding some uneven lines after gluing. Got some paint on the 47 done tonight, and some paint on small parts for the interior bucket. Will do more bucket assembly tomorrow night.
catpack68 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I have been working all evening and late tonight trying to get the 59 Eldorado finished up. Not happy with a few things, but I should have it wrapped up in a couple of days. 4
Ulf Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) I kept my eyes peeled and spotted my role model on my way home from the gym, so I went home and grabbed my projectt, phone and a folding rule. The crew took the time to stop for a few minutes (thanks!), so I was able to take some measurements. The next step will be to glue together a mock-up and go to the company outside the city to check the proportions in peace and quiet. Edited 7 hours ago by Ulf 4
