I hate these big folded instruction sheets so….I took pictures of all the assembly steps for this AMT Mustang, re-sized them all and made a small booklet from them that fits nicely in the box.🤓

I got some primer on things, 2nd coat on the 47, 1st coat on the Skyline after it's bath.

Got some parts for the cannonballer in prime too.  And found out I have an interior package for the 67 two door.  But I am using some of the bits from it for the cannonballer.

Got some things for the 57 in prime too, shooting to do some detail work this week on the interior to wrap that up and then get the body attached to the chassis.  Then it's bumper stuff, tail lights, etc.

So it rained all day yesterday and so the A&W car show was canceled unfortunately; not sure if it's going to be re-scheduled. But that allowed me to get way too far into the '60 Plymouth Suburban wagon kit, and so now the interior, engine, and wheels are all painted and assembled, and the chassis is all painted and so all I have to do is put the engine and wheels on it. Hoping to have the car sprayed maybe today or tomorrow, but the weather's really humid and rainy, so might have to wait for the sunny Wednesday.

I glued the grill and tail light panels on the GT350 and started smoothing the seams. Also got most of the engine parts glued together.

Skyline is in primer ... tomorrow should bring the top coat :)

Various other parts for the Cannonballer in color now.  Tomorrow should bring more engine assembly and get the frame put together to be a rolling chassis.  *If I can decide on a wheel of the 70's*

I finished the grille and rear bumper for the Monogram 59 Cadillac Eldorado this evening.I lost the taillight trim for taillights but I think it looks better without them, but I do have another set coming.Trying to get it finished up before Saturday morning for a model show.

I got some primer laid down on my Skyline, tomorrow brings first coat of paint.

Started assembling the chassis for my Cannonballer. Refreshed the block paint after sanding some uneven lines after gluing.

Got some paint on the 47 done tonight, and some paint on small parts for the interior bucket. Will do more bucket assembly tomorrow night.

I have been working all evening and late tonight trying to get the 59 Eldorado finished up. Not happy with a few things, but I should have it wrapped up in a couple of days.

I kept my eyes peeled and spotted my role model on my way home from the gym, so I went home and grabbed my projectt, phone and a folding rule. The crew took the time to stop for a few minutes (thanks!), so I was able to take some measurements. The next step will be to glue together a mock-up and go to the company outside the city to check the proportions in peace and quiet.

I did some work on the Cannonballer, did a couple paint touchups on the 47 and added another piece to the dash assembly.

And did a little bit on the 57 Fairlane.  I added the heater core/battery under the hood.  I have to do some "shiny" bits on the interior before I can glue the tub into the body.  Then it's assembly, and then bumpers/bumper stuff.  And then add the license plate, and will put a tag on it.

A little more work on the 47, and a couple minor things on the cannonballer.  I need to do a little more painting on the 57 interior then I can assemble body to chassis, then it's bumpers and that one will be done.

I am working on a Revell 68 Firebird I started on back in January this evening. The wheels/tires are Zforcemodelworx 20/21 steelie wheels with Fireball Modelworks Pontiac dog dish hubcaps.I modified the kit rear tubs to get it to sit lower.I also modified the kit exhaust to work with the optional kit headers.

What is your source for the belly tank?  I've been entertaining the idea of attempting something like what you've got going.

Cannonballer is done minus tag and back up lights being painted.

I got some details on the 47 as well.

Should have the 47 done tomorrow, and then wrap up the 57.

Print file by this guy - but there’s at least one available on eBay in 1:25 right now too.

The file is just for the tank itself in this case - you need to figure out everything else (just like a real one!)

A bloody headache, that's what I achieved today. I decided this morning to prep a couple of bodies whilst waiting for paint, glue and such too dry on other builds. Should have stayed in bed, or picked another thing to do. The pics pretty well tell the story. This a Revell Foose designed kit "65 Chev Impala. No matter which way I move the bonnet/hood, I still have gaps. The bonnet/hood was separated from the rest, in the bag separated with just a small piece of sprue attached, which I removed carefully with a scalpel next came the test fit, the pics tell the story. It doesn't matter what position I put it; it just doesn't sit right and without any gaps. This is to put it mildly very disappointing. Could some of you learned gentlemen, give me some advice on a fix, if there is one. Thanks for any advice on a fix, if there is one.

Glue some appropriate thickness styrene to fill the gap and file, sand and fill till it's correct. You MAY have to work the whole perimeter a bit to get the fitment corrected. Little at a time, keep checking things.

I did a little work on the 67, painted the door handles, and got the back up lights done, added the battery, tomorrow ill put tag decal on it.

The 47 got red tail lights, white front turn signals.  Then I have to finish the exhaust, gonna do straight pipe and dump at the rear wheels. (easy and something that would of been done)

The 57 Ford got, some paint on the interior, door handles, and interior bucket glued in, and body to chassis, will do the front grill and front/rear bumpers tomorrow. Had to paint the body filler between bumper and body tonight.

The Skyline is in primer, may have a tiny bit of touch to do to it, then Silver Mica goes on.
