vamach1 Posted June 3, 2020 Posted June 3, 2020 It's very nice for the price. I bought one a few months ago. Not sure why Spark in that scale are so expensive. I would have bought an Exoto if they did a gulf car
Gramps46 Posted June 3, 2020 Posted June 3, 2020 I have seen these advertised and they look very nice. Thanks for posting the pictures.
cobraman Posted June 3, 2020 Author Posted June 3, 2020 It was pointed out to me by one of our sharp eyed members that the louvers on the rear deck are backwards. Upon closer inspection, they sure are ! I don't think I ever would have noticed. Now it bugs me ! ?

vamach1 Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 Can it be safely removed and switched. I will have to look at mine. Maybe a mixup at the factory.
cobraman Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 Today I removed the part with and turned it around.

cobraman Posted June 22, 2020 Author Posted June 22, 2020 They popped right off buy using the point of my xacto knife.
stinkybritches Posted June 22, 2020 Posted June 22, 2020 Thank you for the info. I will give it a go.
vamach1 Posted June 22, 2020 Posted June 22, 2020 $200 for a 1/12 Gulf GT40 - get them while they're hot.. This large scale version by CMR looks really tempting given that GT40 expert John Allen had positive things to say about this resin display model. I have no asociation with the seller - just found this while searching after seeing the comments on anohter site. I'd love to get one with an engine but you have to pay about three times more for the brands that include one in 1/12 scale. I doubt we will ever see a plastic kit of a MKI in 1/12 after the Trumpeter kit got ripped pretty good by reviewers.
