Hey,

I have a project I started years ago.   Revell 31 Ford Sedan.  I have the top chopped and the body is complete like I want it.  Short of more paint maybe.  I don't have photos yet to share.   I wanted to build it as a primered rat way low.  SO I had it kinda working, but with the 29 Roadster, I have a much better frame that I don't have to engineer every aspect of.  In theory anyway.   Has anyone put the 31 body over the 29 rails?  What all kit parts did you use etc?

And what kind of adhesives do you guys use for temporary (mock up) assembly?  I tried some alleens tacky glue, which seems pretty useless.  And I'm not the gentlest modeler.

I'll try to get some photos soon.

Thanks

I would think the '29 channeled frame would be ideal. Maybe some minor floor board mods. I used it under the '29 RPU and it was near perfect. I use Elmers for mock up.

I too bought the tacky glue thinking it might be better than Elmer's.  And I too was disappointed, and switched back.
