Chris is right, you need to look at least 5 steps ahead on these kits. This car was at our worshop back in 2015 or so. Some of my friends were restoring it while I was restoring an F1 Surtees TS-16. I remember the engine being massive.

Big John Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 You've got a great start on a daunting build I can't wait to see more. You're a better man than I. I was fortunate enough to see this car with skin removed at the local historic races a few years back. I was so fascinated by the stunning motor that I neglected to take pics of the rest of the car. Hope these will be useful.

Big John Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 Glad to help... Every little picture tells a story. It is a fantastically complex piece of machinery.
Brudda Posted April 19, 2021 Author Posted April 19, 2021 Here we go again. Rearranging to see where I left off. Had more done than I thought. Still probably another 10 months or so to go.
Brudda Posted August 22, 2022 Author Posted August 22, 2022 Started this kit again. Wiring the engine

Bainford Posted August 22, 2022 Posted August 22, 2022 Very glad to see this one back on the bench. The engine is looking very nice. Such a complex assembly (in 1:12 and 1:1). 1
Gary Davis Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 This is really looking good, Bruce. I saved the engine pics as I want to tackle the AMT 1/32 917-10. I want to do it in the GELO Livery. Watching your build progress is very inspiring. I really admire you for taking this big scale on. 1
Timonator Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 Another great looking model that I need to follow. 1
primabaleron Posted February 18, 2024 Posted February 18, 2024 Will there be a continuation of building?
