NYLIBUD Posted August 27, 2020 Posted August 27, 2020 Very cool exhibit. How about some Pro Stock cars. They go way back too.
1320wayne Posted August 28, 2020 Posted August 28, 2020 50 years of the funny car was celebrated two years ago. This Youtube video is probably from back then. The museum has had models displayed in it for years. There are displays with funny cars, top fuel, pro stocks, etc. I even have a scratchbuilt Dave Schultz pro stock motorcycle on display.
Force Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 I have been to the NHRA Museum at Pomona several times and the most recent time was in 2016 and I have seen the models displayed there, but I don't recall seeing this display, so it must be quite recent.
Mr mopar Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 I have been there twice and from what i know there has always been a model display case my Good friend had the Tony Nancy (Loner Dragster) in there for a year .
