The German
Hello, friends of well-kept model making, Today I'm going to show you a truck from the 1950s. It is a Büssing 8000 S13. At some point the Büssing brand was acquired by the somewhat larger company MAN. The little logo with the lion had to be retained; you can still see it on MAN trucks today. Driving this truck was really tough back then. No servo support. Neither for brakes, steering or clutch! I think it's something different from an American truck? I hope you like it a little? Thanks for looking. Here are the pictures: Edited September 17, 2020 by The German

Jim B
Very well done. I like it. What does that company haul, or is it a fictional company?
The German
Hello jim Thanks for your praise. I am glad that you like the model. I checked it out. This company actually still exists and transports all kinds of goods. National and international long-distance transport. So Europe-wide. Doug 1061
Real nice job on that. I like the paint work, shiny but not show car shiny. Like you would see on an old workhorse. Looks ready for many years of use and abuse.
