TooOld Posted October 8, 2020 Posted October 8, 2020 Built side by side at the same time on my bench , every time I sat down to do something I did it twice ! Interesting that while I did spend more time daily working on them I actually finished them in the same six weeks it would have taken to build just one . Both are AMT Bantam Blast kits with resin bodies from Freemont Racing . The only other non-kit parts are the scoops , 18" 12-spoke fronts (with Revell tires) , and 16" Torque Thrusts on the '32 , all from Speed City Resin . Also Vertex Magnetos from M.A.D. and I made my own headers for both . More finished pics . Thanks for lookin' !
alan barton Posted October 8, 2020 Posted October 8, 2020 Cool bananas! Think I got a similar but different Flintstone body around here somewhere - certainly gives me some ideas. I like the way one of these could have been the evolution of the other one. Cheers Alan
magicmustang Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 (edited) Love em, both. Along the same line as my favorite Altered. Edited October 10, 2020 by magicmustang

Cheers Alan Thanks Alan ! That was kind of the idea , one that was raced for a while and then upgraded for the next season .
