I got this car from e-bay and I'm going to try and restore it.  There is a lot of work that needs to be done.  I have made the 8 lug wheels, boot, tail lights and the piece that goes between the grills.  i also made the windshield frame.  It is crazed from lacquer paint and that should be no problem or maybe a tad.  I have painted a 63 Impala that was crazed and it turned out ok.  Here are some pics of what I've done so far.

Thanks Craig. I use fingernail resin to make the parts.  I made a mold of another 62 and then used the resin to make the parts.  Here are some pics of the way I did the mold and parts.

Here are a couple of pics of the Pontiac so far.  I used BMF under the paint and you can see it on the picture with the primer on the car.

Thanks Brian.  How are you and your wife doing these days?  I haven't been to any meetings since March this year because of the virus.  There hasn't been much going on in the club this year because of it.  I hope that we can do more next year.  This is driving me nuts.  The only thing that keeps me sane is working on the models.  I just like to rebuild or fix glue bombs.  Take care and stay safe.

I have been following your build and like how you repaired the windshield posts. My question has to do with the color. Did you use Hugger Orange ? or something close.
