Recently aquired from a trade deal.. I used Krylon short cuts oil rubbed bronze for the body, Krylon satin boot's brown for the interior. The driver lost a hubcap  which ended up in a boys bedroom (POLAR EXPRESS)

I like your little '49 Ford. If you  want or need a hub cap for that let me know. Nice natural looking finish like a gently used vehicle.

I actually have the hubcap still. But I left it off for the "lost hubcap look" The idea came from the Movie Polar Express. The hubcap in the movie is from a '49 Ford so I wanted to do a movie tie in to that..

OK. I'm not familiar with the movie so I didn't realize the connection with the hub cap.

Old movie, vaguely recall it was a comedy?

Partly, It's all CGI with Tom Hanks as most of the people in the 2004 Christmas Movie. There are Model rail road set's made  in HO and Up of the train. Since there is a '49 ford hubcap in a couple of shot's in the movie that's where I got the idea from. See the photo of a screen shot from Polar Express..
