Back in 2005 a friend of mine built this model for a common friend of ours that owned the car. He owns the car until today but it is much more brutal now than when we did the model. 
 

It’s the Tamiya kit that we cut the hood open on and installed the engine from the 1/25 Dodge Stealth. Custom resin seats, PE seat belts and allot of smal changes to make it look like his ride.

I just got these pictures and it seems to hold up 16 years later!

Thanks Guys! You should have sen it with its 1:1 back in the day. It was cool to se them together! 
 

almost makes me want to build a replica of it now.

About 20 years ago a buddy of mine's brother had one of these. He had it pretty well hooked up and just finished the extensive audio work on it. And then he pissed the wrong people and woke up one morning watching his prized 3000GT burn to a crisp right in front of his house. It was red with carbon hood too.
