Mama Rosa’s Cutlass

Hello all..

I was looking for a somewhat simple project, since so many builds I attempt are more ambitious than I have patience for! Anyhow, I had enough spare parts and pieces to put this one together. Mark Osborne Mama Rosa’s Pizza Pro Stock Cutlass. I have had the decals forever, (long enough that I was worried that they might fall apart) and I had a few of the sub assemblies finished in various parts boxes, so I threw it together. It’s just been cleared, it’ll be ready for polish in about a week, and from there it’s just final assembly.

Well, I got impatient and polished it before I was 100% sure it was cured enough...and luckily it was good to go! 
Windows, parachute, and a few minor details and this one will be done!

Nice looking Tim.  I like the valve covers and intake color.  How did you paint it and with what?

Metalizer aluminum sprayed out of the can and polished with a q tip. Nothing fancy

Nice.  Was that Testor or Model Master paint?

Model Master. I get great results with it, I use 2 or 3 different colors of that paint on nearly every build, and like the results every bit as much as the Alclad, which costs 800 times as much...
