Very Cool Ray! I agree with @Lunajammer It fits right in with the Sixties era Batman.

Robin: "To the Batmobile?"

Batman: "Not tonight Chum, we'll take the Bat-Cobra. I feel the need to do the Batusi."

AMT '89 Batman' kit VS  Jada die cast....both 1/25??? Jada the smaller.

BATMAN89a.JPG

Moebius Batmobile built from test shot for Moebius.

The size difference between the Keaton-Mobiles is astounding, it's almost like the difference between 1:25 and 1:32.

I have one of the Moebius Batman vs Superman Batmobiles in my stash along with a Green Strawberry PE kit that I ordered for it. I haven't started it yet because I find it a bit intimidating. It is on the short list though.

Yours looks great! What paint did you use for it?

While I don't have any Batmobiles I have got an AMT Street Fury that I built as a Joker mobile a few years back. Why should Batman have all the cool stuff? ?

Good looking Batmobiles on here! I just have the Polar Lights Pre-painted Snap Together 1966 Batmobile kit with some added details like BMF on the window trim, and the 1989 Keaton Batmobile with figure.

Hello Everybody!

Here's my latest contribution to The Bat Cave.

The Backdrop is from the AMT Bat-Missile kit and the Tumbler and Batman figure are both by Moebius.

Got this Polar Lights '66 finished a few weeks ago. I was working on other projects, and got an itch to do a Batmobile. Pics also show part of my collection. The '89 is currently a slot car, I may change it back some day.

Hello Everybody!

Here's my latest addition to the Batman Universe. The DC Comics 1960's Batmobile by Polar Lights. This car is based on the Lincoln Futura Batmobile from the TV series in the Sixties which was designed by George Barris. In addition to the detailed scale model, figures for both Batman and Robin are included.

For those who may be interested in how it all came together,  I have a complete build thread in the WIP Section.

And more photos of the completed model in the Under Glass Section.

As always, thanks for taking a look.

Nice work on those Adam!

I thought about cutting the top on my Tumbler like you did on yours. I put so much work into the interior and it will never be seen.
