Pico Posted September 20, 2021 Posted September 20, 2021 Don't give up on the leather top idea yet. Go to ebay or esty and search for " glove leather scraps". You will find plenty thin leather there. Get lambskin, as it is the thinnest and softest. If too thick, get a skiving knife and remove material from the back. Here is a photo of a sample that I have; it's .030 mm (1/64"). It is very soft and flexible. I'm using it as a sample to see how well it takes stains, which is very well. 1

Cuba_13 Posted October 31, 2021 Author Posted October 31, 2021 Good afternoon, friends, here is the last update. A few photos for seed and wait in the Under the glass topic, I will take a photo on the street soon. Not everything went good, the first made hood with homemade piano hinges did not come out at all as we would like, but, in general, I am satisfied with this gorgeous car. Especially the roof. 1

Eric Macleod Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 I would certainly be proud of this fabulous model. Well done. It's my kind of car.
Zippi Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 Man oh man does that look nice. Such nice detail work and that engine is super nice. That is one long muffler.
