Wasn't trying to be a pain, I'm just a big fan of these vans. I forget the parts have to work in scale. Probably best molded in like the GMC pickup has them.

No offence taken, it has been a real learning curve for me. I now have a much better understanding of why kit manufacturers make things the way they do, and I have a lot more respect for the "Crappy" AMT kits from 40-50 years ago. I have the luxury of a great 3D CAD program, they had to use pencils, paper and clay models. I'm shocked things look as good as they do. They had great talent.

If you do make the newer grill, I figured I would post a picture of the upper profile. If you want pictures of the high top I have two styles that I can take pictures of. Both were commonly used. 20220724_131658.thumb.jpg.286944e01e3b1d6d4c9c564cbbd21273.jpg

This will be a longshot and there probably won't be a huge demand for it, but I just can't find a 1/16 transfer case that anyone makes. It would fit the Revell 1/16 Chevy 4x4 pickup. I plan to use it to make my 1/16 '55 Chevy Nomad into a 4x4 sort of SUV.

I recently did an Atlas Transfercase that could be printed in 1/16 scale if you wanted it. Texas 3D has the files.

Absolutely. That would work Scott. Would you get Charles to print it?

That is all on him. You will need to ask him as it is his business and we don't even live in the same state. I just draw stuff for him sometimes.

Look I will be as honest as I can, I don't want to dedicate a printer to clear parts, I also think that your attitude is piss poor. As a general rule I am pretty easy going but your comments are rude at best. I don't due this to get insulted so...

I'm sorry. Please teach me what part of my comments you found insulting? Either here, or in a PM?
I really don't see anything there that would be insulting.
I simply pointed out what  I thought would be good (and compelling) reasons for printing those parts separate.  Maybe it is one of those things which comes out different than if we had a  in-person conversation.

EDIT
I re-read my post and I suspect it was the part about not wanting to hear excuses.  Well, that is how I feel.  Sorry if that offended you. If we were having an in-person conversation, I would have said the same thing.  I guess it is me.

Ask, and you shall receive. Now they are separate parts. It will still be up to the printer (not me) to decide if they want to do it that way.

Thanks!

I'm almost certain this has been brought up before but how difficult would it be to print a 1/24 cap for particularly the Revell GM square bodies or even the longer Ford and Dodge beds?

Well Scott just designed one for a Ram 3500 or 2500 but it printed fine.

Same thing happened to me. Charles had to go back and fix the problem and I ordered my 3. Glad that's out of the way.

Still these things are gonna go quickly!
