Just getting started on this build, did the first mock-up awhile back, but now changing directions, been putting some parts together for the engine, trying to stay with the vintage stuff if I can.

 

Got a set of skinny AMT pie crust slicks with the chrome reverse wheels from the kit. Just wasn't feeling the whites and caps.

Got the first stage of paint on the body, will let cure for a couple days and then the next stage...

Wow! That is definitely one of the most realistic looking rust jobs I’ve seen.?
