Out,or in, Doesn't matter to me because I have actually met Dr. Leary and participated in his " Question authority- Think for yourself" seminar  wayyyy back in the  early 80s.

( one of the few things I remember from that decade. )

County Line Road was one of the hot spots fer drag racing back when dinosaurs walked the Earth and gas was a quarter a gallon.

SIDEBAR: If anyone needs proof of just how stupidly spewing misinformation  Google's "AI Overview" is, read this: 

"Gas prices have fluctuated over time, and in the 1930s, gas prices were as low as 20 cents per gallon. In fact, some say that relatives of older people may have paid a quarter for a gallon of gas."

Dictionary.: a reference book listing alphabetically terms or names important to a particular subject or activity along with discussion of their meanings and applications

Fertilizer should only be applied by highly trained professionals, because it's just like rocket-science, and way beyond the ken of regular civilians.
