Out,or in, Doesn't matter to me because I have actually met Dr. Leary and participated in his " Question authority- Think for yourself" seminar  wayyyy back in the  early 80s.

( one of the few things I remember from that decade. )

Applications is one thing as a retired geezer I no longer need to worry about unless we're talking about fertilizing the lawn.

Lawn Man is the outfit we hired to kill our weeds and apply fertilizer.

Fertilizer should only be applied by highly trained professionals, because it's just like rocket-science, and way beyond the ken of regular civilians.
