Increasing perhaps, but I wouldn't call it intelligence, more like a bank of knowledge that they have trouble deciphering because they can't honestly think.

"Think" is something IBM's Jeopardy-winning Watson was able to apparently do better than most of the highly touted consumer-grade "AI" we're seeing today, though it didn't actually understand context.
