Canadian Kenworth LW 900

Rebuilding truck I started many years ago which was badly damaged. Currently rebuilding the cab. Steel hood .  132BBC cab.

Frame cut, radiator mount built along with cab mounts, Radiator , hood and cab pretty well aligned. No permanent cross members but now I  has something I can build to .

Added side slats and center spine .

L stands for logger , W stands for Worthington , one of the founders of KW. This truck will be an oil field winch tractor.

Used the trunnions and springs from the Autocar kit to convert the suspension from Rockwell six rod to KW Big Six. Planetary axles. Also build the center cross member.

                I really like this project ! It looks to be a heavy duty truck and making it a winch truck even more so .

Front suspension built. KW big six rear suspension finished. Planetary axles and hubs. Wheelbase sized at 245iches, std modern canadian limit.
