Good looking paint work. What did you use for the windshield trim?

Thanks David. I used a 2mm Molotow pen. Seems to work well. I got the 1mm also, been using it to highlight interior and other small detail.

Thanks Mike. My wife is going to have a knee replacement done in a couple of months so I'm gonna try and get a few done before then. Once she has it done and gets home she's going to need my full attention for several weeks so there will be no kit building then.

The Nova SS is looking pretty nice James.  Trim looks great.  My hand is not that steady anymore to use a pen.

Your Nova look’s good in that yellow, looking forward to seeing this one come together. Best of luck to your wife for a smooth fast recovery, you’re a good (and smart!) man to defer scale modeling to care for your wife, the bench will wait for you!
My Molotow pens seem to go dry/ funky pretty quickly and I’ve switched to applying it from a refill pin using a thin brush and am getting great results so far on small applications/ touch-up.

Thanks Bob. My hand is not so steady either. The trim was well defined, which helped, but it doesn't look as good as BMF. I have trouble putting on BMF, I need to practice with it more.

Thank you John. I've noticed the molotow pen gets dull after several uses, it's not as bright as it was when new.

Looking good James. When using Molotow pens I found that I have to run it slowly so it pools or let it dry and run it over again but they do tend to loose their gloss. God speed to your wife for a quick recovery.
