1953 Corvette and Jaguar XJ220

Hey!  I actually "finished" a couple of builds.

The vette is from the Monogram Evolution of the Legend three Corvette kit.  The XJ220 is from the AMT Exotics three car kit.

Vette

This kit was pretty fun.  I had to strip and Alclad the chrome.  Built box stock.  Rattle can white with Duplicolor 1K Clear.

Jaguar.

This kit was really fun until I started to mount the body and glass. 

Paint is Duplicolor Bright Aqua Metallic with Duplicolor 1k clear.

Both beautifully done. Fantastic paint! The ‘53 is still, and probably always will be, my favorite Vette.
