Guess they got that Ford license then…I’m pleased, because I wanted to build a replica of this car!

I’ve never had any real favorite driver or team and I’m a pretty casual NASCAR fan, but I REALLY enjoyed the Clash at the Colosseum this year on the little 1/4 mile track…and Logano won that one!  Looks like I’d need to probably source some additional decals to make a perfect replica of that particular car but I’ll be grabbing one of these for sure!

Interesting.  I wonder what other drivers they will have markings for.

The other 2 Penske drivers: Blaney (Menards) & Cindric (Discount Tire Daytona winner).

It is high time I got in on this Salvinos thing. I just looked at their offerings and these new cars look fantastic.

Fair to say that Salvinos has arrived as a kit maker.

I wonder why it's going to be 1/24th scale. The Camaros are 1/25th. I thought all the new Savino offering wee going to be 1/25th unless it was an older body style used on the old Monogram chassis.

Camaros are also 1/24.

Salvino's is keeping the more modern releases (anything 1981 and newer) at 1:24, as it is the scale popularized by Monogram's kits. Any of the 115" cars are in 1:25, as they are the same size as the MPC, AMT and JoHan offerings.

Jim Rogers (the 'JR' in Salvino's JR) 3D-printed one of the 1981 LeMans bodies in 1:25, in order to show the difference between the 115" and 110" cars. It is surprising to see how much smaller one of the later cars is compared to the older racers.

Yeah, I goofed. Iwas at work when I wrote about the Camaro. I later saw it's 1/24th.

I made a mistake like that when I was MUCH younger but later found out it was just a misprint?
