Good Morning All,

Newer member here, I would like to be part of BRGB 2023. I am planning to build a KFS International 9670 resin cabover using the Freightliner FLC chassis as a donor. I will be replicating a Schneider National cabover. Just waiting on a few more parts to come in and will post pictures when I start a thread.

Ok before we start I’ve changed my mind. I’ve been wanting to build this truck for several years but in a little different than what it was in the Movin On Episode. I’ll be doing the same colors but using the GMC General type decals leaving it the same WB. as the Model. So this is my new entry. This truck I’m pretty sure was a “Limited Edition” or a debut truck for the New updates options for the Astro in late 1975 Early 1976 as the AMT model T-510 603 Instructions and according to the oldest ATL Truck Lines decals I have was printed in 1976. The Real truck appeared in Season 2 Episode 2. Of the Movin On series. I’ll do more research on this date. After this episode the truck appeared several times with different paint including the very last Movin On episode but I’ll wait to tell more about that in my thread.

I'm looking forward to seeing this take shape. Astros were a fantastic truck, the graphics packages were amazing. This one actually looks like a landau!!! Windows in place of the vents too!

Yeah it was a one of a kind I think I’ve been researching this truck for a several years now and I can’t find nothing about it. Check out that “ Astro” badge on the side and the square road lights in the bumper. Here’s the dash which is very different also it’s going to be such a fun build

I actually just finished that show a few weeks ago and thought that was a cool truck, my personal favorite is the cracker box pig-pen lol

I’m in. 1/32 Mack R700 day cab, based of the Revell 1/32 R600. It’s the last item I purchased from Dave Natale, so I’d like to get one done. I will also put Auslowe spider wheels on it. Not sure of what colour to go. Cheers
