Kit is called "3 in Oner" and can be built as a roadster, "one seater", or tourer. This is the roadster version. I believe the wheels were plastic, and a bit of research tells me these may have been re-issued in some form over the years. So nice to see one done, and done well! The wheels on this one are plastic. The wheels on the two under construction are cast metal. The lights and radiators for all of them are cast metal. My grandfather had one (110 years ago at that) and used to call it, Every Morning Fix-it (haha) : "The tires were always popping-off the rims of that thing.
