more modern cars with the sharper reds I use tamiya acrylic clear red, if its an older car with the dirtier looking red i use humbrol clear red as it has an older lookbut it a celulose paint. I sometimes use taliya clear orange under their red too if there are reflectors on the lense surface just for a subtle colour difference in those areas

I use Tamiya Clear Red as well.

For turn signal amber I use Tamiya paints as well, but I find that their Clear Orange is too close to the red, so I mix in a bit of Clear Yellow.
