AMT 1959 Chrysler Imperial

The best thing I can say about this kit is the car it models. The designers at Chrysler really nailed it with this one...I love it. The kit has no engine and no chassis and interior detail to speak of, but they did a decent job on the body. Paint is Tamiya Pearl Green. Enjoy, and thanks for looking. 👋

Nice rendition. I agree Chrysler back then had beautiful designs. I agree, the kit lacks in details but the body looks spot on. Besides, the lack of details are not paramount if its on a shelve. It looks really great as it is,  especially in this color.

Like the color and the clean chrome trim. The body proportions on this kit always looked exact to me. One thing to remember with this kit. This was first issued in 1959 and was as good as it got at that time. Basically, an unassembled Promo. Your finishes made it look great.
