No, it's just the shortest length that was a Wheeled Coach spec.

You could make it a Paddy wagon as the occupants would be sitting instead of lying down.

Just need enough room for an injured person to lay down while a Medic tries to keep them from bleeding out.

OK guys: I took a Johan stretcher, and Prieser bather, sitting figure and 'Linc' and put them on the roof then shot the picture with the body on the spec sheet that I got the measurements from. You can see that there is room, though not much it would be there.
