TruckerAL Posted June 11, 2023 Posted June 11, 2023 No that's not a typo! This is my rendition of a what if. "What if Peterbilt made an aerodyne style sleeper?" I love how it turned out! It's not my best build, but I do really love how it looks, how unique it is, and how it sits. Definitely turned out better than expected. Here's the mod list in no particular order: Peterbilt sleeper passenger/driver side panels, superliner front/rear panels, and roof. All heavily modified to fit together properly. Swapped a Cummins from the Freightliner FLC kit. 3d printed exhaust stacks, whale tail, mudflap hangers, hood ornament, turn signals, cab/sleeper light panels, rear 1/4 fenders, hub odometer, and the Peterbilt oval rims. Moebius tires. Amt 5th wheel assembly. Rubber mudflaps. Custom made decals. Enjoy! 6
cifenet Posted June 11, 2023 Posted June 11, 2023 Hey Alex, you did good, really good on this one. Incredible finishes all around as if everything is how it should be. All of the metal finishes are top notch, too! I am working on door surrounds to give polished stainless look, your came out excellent! I really enjoyed watching all of your photos. Nice! 1
Warren D Posted June 11, 2023 Posted June 11, 2023 Looks natural, but then again, PACCAR owns both KW and Pete so why not? 1
XYHARRY Posted June 12, 2023 Posted June 12, 2023 Looks great Alex. I am a fan of the aerodyne style and it would look good on most applications in my opinion. Well done. Cheers, David. ?? 1

Dutzie Posted June 18, 2023 Posted June 18, 2023 Very sharp! I love the way the sleeper is incorporated into the build. 1
DFrancois70 Posted August 12, 2023 Posted August 12, 2023 Beautiful. Trucks model kits usually have a lot of parts and are fun to build. Yours is really nicely done and detailed. 1
